About the Role

  • Support the Boutique Manager in leading the team to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
  • Develop and execute in-store events to drive customer engagement and sales
  • Coach and mentor Sales Advisors to reach their full potential and succeed in their roles
  • Ensure the smooth running of the store, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
  • Collaborate with the team to create a positive and inclusive store environment

Requirements

  • Proven retail experience at supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events and coaching/mentoring others
  • Drive to achieve sales and customer service targets, as well as flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and proof of right to live and work in the country
