Job Title: Assistant Boutique Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Boutique Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Boutique Manager to drive sales, customer service, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Boutique Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of Sales Advisors
  • Contribute to the development and execution of in-store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Ensure the smooth running of the store, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
Requirements:
  • Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Experience of coaching/mentoring others to achieve their full potential and to succeed
  • A drive to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
