We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced retail professional who is passionate about coaching and mentoring others to reach their full potential. As an Assistant Boutique Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing inspirational and personalized customer service to our clients
  • Coaching and mentoring our Sales Advisors to achieve their sales and customer service targets
  • Creating and executing in-store events that drive sales and customer engagement
  • Managing inventory and cash reconciliation to ensure the smooth running of the store

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty
  • Ability to provide inspirational and personalized customer service
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Experience of coaching and mentoring others to achieve their full potential
  • Drive to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
