Assistant Boutique Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as an Assistant Boutique Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a leading role in driving sales, customer service, and operational excellence in our boutique.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Boutique Manager in leading, coaching, and developing our team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.
- Elevate in-store events and services, such as hand and arm massages, wedding consultations, and product demonstrations, to create a unique and memorable customer experience.
- Ensure the smooth running of the store, including inventory management, cash reconciliation, and visual merchandising.
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service, building strong relationships with customers and driving sales growth.
- Coach and mentor Sales Advisors to achieve their full potential and succeed in their roles.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales and customer service targets, and contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Experience of creating and executing in-store events, and a passion for driving sales and customer engagement.
- Ability to work flexibly across days and hours, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
