Trainee Property Manager - Boutique Estate Agent

We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as a Trainee Property Manager at our boutique estate agency in Manchester. As a Trainee Property Manager, you will be given comprehensive training and support to develop your skills and knowledge in property management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the property management team in managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance.
  • Organize contractors, obtain quotations, issue works orders, and process invoices.
  • Ensure property compliance, including EICR's, gas safety, and EPC certifications.
  • Manage tenancy paperwork and support the landlord with rental reviews and tenancy renewals.
  • Perform general property management duties.

Requirements:

  • Previous property experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages and other relevant software.
