Property Manager Trainee

We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Property Manager. As a Trainee Property Manager, you will be given the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in property management, working closely with our experienced team.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the management of scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance
- Organize contractors, obtain quotations, and issue works orders
- Ensure property compliance, including EICR's, gas safety, and EPC certifications
- Organize tenancy paperwork and support the landlord with rental reviews and tenancy renewals
- Perform general property management duties
- Previous property experience is desirable but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong IT knowledge, including Microsoft Office packages
