Job Title: Night Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Care Worker to join our team at CrossReach, a leading social care provider in Scotland. As a Night Care Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our service users are met with dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide wakeful night cover, ensuring the safety and well-being of our service users
  • Assist with personal care, manage equipment needs, and liaise with health professionals as required
  • Maintain high standards of personal and environmental care, promoting mental and physical activity
  • Handle emergency calls and respond to service user needs
Requirements:
  • SVQ 3 in Social Care or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to work on a rota basis, including weekends and evenings
