About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at 4myschools Ltd.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting learners with additional needs in a mainstream or special needs school setting.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized support to students, enhancing their learning experience and promoting academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting teachers in delivering lessons and creating engaging learning materials
- Providing one-to-one assistance to students with special educational needs
- Developing and implementing individualized plans to meet student needs
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or similar role
- Degree in Education or related field (desired)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
