Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Location: Located in a supportive and well-resourced school environment
Salary: £19,529 - £21,185 per annum, pro rata
Hours: 31.25 hours a week, term time plus one week
About the Role:
The primary school is a member of the Education Trust, an expanding multi-academy trust with 11 primary and 9 secondary schools.
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the teacher and pupils in the classroom, contributing to the delivery of high-quality education and ensuring the best possible outcomes for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic support to pupils, enhancing their learning experience and promoting engagement.
- Assist the teacher in lesson preparation, delivery, and assessment, contributing to the development of the curriculum.
- Support the development of pupils' skills and abilities, fostering a culture of achievement and high expectations.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, pupils, and parents, maintaining a positive and inclusive school environment.
