Job Summary

We are seeking an Advanced Educational Assistant to join our team at Ad Warrior Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teaching assistant or HLTA looking to develop their skills and contribute to the delivery of high-quality education.

As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to plan, prepare, and deliver learning activities that meet the needs of all students. You will also be responsible for monitoring and assessing student progress, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to support individual needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support teachers and other staff in the planning, preparation, and delivery of learning activities, ensuring alignment with curriculum objectives and learning outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  • Assist in the monitoring and assessment of student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to support individual needs.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to students, staff, and parents, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • Grade C/4 in English and Maths GCSE.
  • HLTA qualification or working towards one, demonstrating a strong commitment to professional development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
  • Proven experience as a teaching assistant and/or HLTA, with a track record of success in supporting student learning.
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably primary school age, in a classroom or similar setting.

Estimated Salary: £29,000 - £33,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
