Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at 4myschools Ltd.
The successful candidate will provide individualized support to students with special educational needs, enhancing their learning experience and promoting academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting teachers in delivering lessons and creating engaging learning materials
- Providing one-to-one assistance to students with special educational needs
- Developing and implementing individualized plans to meet student needs
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or similar role
- Degree in Education or related field (desired)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
