We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team at Currys. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for managing a team of solution architects and owning the technology roadmaps for our business-critical Omnichannel eCommerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement end-to-end design of Currys' Omnichannel eCommerce solutions

• Lead a team of solution architects in designing solutions for one of our strategic programmes

• Foster personal development of direct reports and nurture in-house architectural talent

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and write solution architecture documents

• Ensure solution architectures align with enterprise architecture, standards, and principles

• Assist in designing and documenting detailed design, including integration contracts

• Analyze data to support assessments and recommendations

Requirements:


• Proven experience as a Lead Solution Architect in an eCommerce environment

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Service Cloud

• Experience working in an API First space and Azure cloud hosting

• Familiarity with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms and legacy integration methods

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Experience working in complex IT environments and fast-paced delivery

• Ability to deal with uncertainty and deliver pragmatic solutions

• Full SDLC experience in both Agile & Waterfall environments
