About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Solutions Architect to join our team at BSI. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Solution Architects to design and implement complex solutions through to delivery
  • Develop and maintain the architecture roadmap against Enterprise Architecture guidance and associated artefacts
  • Collaborate with project, development, and vendor teams to ensure that the solutions are aligned with the business objectives, manage stakeholder relationships and expectations
  • Provide technical guidance and governance to project teams
  • Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations to the business
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, governance routes, business presentations and benefits realisation measurements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in Senior Solutions Architecture or application design
  • Strong understanding of architecture principles and practices
  • Demonstrated experience leading project solution architecture teams
  • Experience in the development of cloud-based technology; migrations and deployments
  • Certification in TOGAF, ISO27001/2, ITIL, ISEB, MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, would be desirable
  • Great stakeholder management, verbal and written communication skills
