To be successful in this role, you will require strong communication and problem-solving skills. Additionally, you should possess:

  • Academic achievement in 3 Scottish National 4 or 5, 3 Standard grades or equivalent
  • Familiarity with IT systems and applications
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware and software
