We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our IT team as a Technology Apprentice - Customer Focus. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing customer-focused support for our IT services.
Your primary focus will be on supporting desktop software and hardware, as well as systems and applications software. You will work closely with our IT Service Desk team to ensure seamless delivery of IT services.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the world of work while pursuing a formal qualification. To be eligible, you must have achieved 3 Scottish National 4 or 5 qualifications or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer-focused support for desktop software and hardware, as well as systems and applications software
- Work on the IT Service Desk, providing phone, webchat, and local site support
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and customers
Requirements:
- Scottish National 4 or 5 qualifications or equivalent
- Age 16-19 (with some exceptions)
- PVG Scheme membership or update check
- Overseas Criminal Record Check (if applicable)
