Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience and are satisfied with their purchases.
  • Team Management: Support the Shop Manager in managing the store team, including recruitment, training, and development of staff.
  • Stock Management: Ensure efficient stock control and rotation of all stock, maintaining high standards of stockroom organization and inventory management.
  • Financial Management: Assist with financial procedures, banking, and administration, ensuring accurate and proper financial records.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer engagement, and promote the Dorothy House brand.

Requirements

  • Education: Good standard of maths and English, with a strong understanding of financial procedures and stock management.
