Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in the management of the shop floor, including stock control, visual merchandising, and customer service.
  • Lead and motivate a team of volunteers and staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing stock losses.
  • Ensure the shop is maintained to a high standard, including cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, manage budgets, and develop business plans.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced retail professional with excellent leadership and communication skills. You will have a proven track record of delivering sales growth, managing teams, and providing excellent customer service.

Essential Requirements

  • Good standard of Maths and English.
  • Strong team worker with the ability to motivate a team.

  • Customer focused with an energetic and enthusiastic attitude.

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience working in Retail or Charity Shop.
  • Experience within a management role.
  • Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
