The Role

As a Career Advancement Recruitment Specialist at Vantage Consulting, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process within a specialist market. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Assessing job specifications and creating targeted job ads
  2. Qualifying and screening candidates over the phone and through video interviews
  3. Managing the interview and offer processes for top talent
  4. Building and maintaining a network of clients and candidates in your specialist market
  5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and leveraging this knowledge to grow market share and increase business
  6. Pitching for retained business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
