About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of our shop, ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards. This includes supervising staff, promoting our brand, and delivering exceptional customer service. As a proactive member of our management team, you will be expected to contribute positively to the overall success of the business. We value responsible behavior and require all employees to adhere to guidelines such as underage gambling and self-exclusion protocols. Full training will be provided through our comprehensive program.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the betting shop environment.
- Promote our products and services to achieve maximum visibility and sales.
- Supervise staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality customer service.
- Uphold company policies, particularly those related to responsible gambling practices.

Requirements
- Aged 18 or over.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and Sundays.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and adhering to company standards.
- Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing circumstances.
