MTrec Recruitment Careers is currently looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Retail Logistics Team Member in our Cramlington distribution centre.
This is an excellent chance to start your career in logistics and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. As a Retail Logistics Team Member, you will be responsible for managing stock, processing orders, and ensuring that goods are dispatched efficiently and effectively.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organisational skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team. A basic understanding of maths and IT skills would also be advantageous.
Pay Details
The pay rate for this position is estimated to be £13.16 per hour for day shifts, £13.16 per hour for back shifts, and £14.87 per hour for night shifts.
Job Description
In this role, you will be working on a variety of tasks, including:
- Managing stock levels and ensuring accurate inventory records
- Processing orders and preparing goods for dispatch
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet productivity targets
