Job Summary

TPF Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Assistant to join their dynamic team of chartered accountants. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting the management in the preparation of accounts, tax computations, and other financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of corporate and income tax computations, including calculations and returns.
  • Undertake ad hoc work as requested by management, including data entry, reconciliations, and other financial tasks.
  • Liaise with clients as necessary to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial tasks.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a chartered accountancy practice.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, including Iris and cloud-based systems such as Xero/QuickBooks.
