About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that you provide tailored support that promotes their independence, dignity, and well-being.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives, helping them to maintain their daily routines, build confidence, and enjoy their freedom. Your positive attitude, patience, and excellent communication skills will be essential in building strong relationships with our clients and their families.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £12 to £14.20 per hour, depending on location and experience. In addition, you'll receive enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, pension scheme, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro-rata), cycle to work scheme, refer-a-friend scheme, blue light card eligibility, flexible working hours, and paid training opportunities.

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, compassion, and a positive attitude. A responsible, dedicated, and flexible approach to your work will also be essential in providing high-quality care services.

You don't need prior experience in care work, but a willingness to learn and develop your skills will be highly valued. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and expertise needed to excel in this role.
