About the Role
This Senior Educational Psychologist position requires a highly motivated and skilled individual who can drive forward inclusive practices in education. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve educational outcomes for children and young people. Working closely with schools, families, and community partners, you will strive to create positive changes that benefit society as a whole.

Your Key Responsibilities
Contribute to strategic developments centered around Emotionally Based School Non-Attendance and Barriers to Education. Effectively collaborate with Inclusion partners and stakeholders to transform systems and impact outcomes for children, families, and education across Suffolk. Strengthen and shape our work within the core Educational Psychology Service and our ground-breaking Inclusion Facilitation Service by championing inclusion and working strategically to maximize the impact of psychology at a systems level. Support your team via supervision, service development, and systemic work. A competitive salary of £56,540 - £61,848 per annum (pro rata for part-time), plus benefits including a Local Government or NHS pension, relocation package, car user allowance, flexible working options, and commitment to supporting health and wellbeing.
