We are looking for a skilled and dedicated educator to join our team as a Psychology Educator. This is a full/part-time role that involves teaching A-level psychology to high academic standards and developing engaging lesson plans.

The successful candidate will have a degree in psychology or a related field and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of psychology principles. They will also be responsible for assessing student progress, contributing to departmental meetings, and participating in staff development activities.

As a Psychology Educator, you will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum changes, ensuring that our students receive the best possible education. You will also be involved in mentoring new teachers, contributing to the college's research and innovation initiatives, and collaborating with external partners to enhance our curriculum offerings.

Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
