Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Educational Psychologist to provide comprehensive needs assessments for schools and families in East Anglia. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by delivering tailored support to children and young people.

About the Position
This is an exciting opportunity to work with Tripod Partners as an Educational Psychologist – Needs Assessments. The successful candidate will provide expert support to children and young people across East Anglia, working closely with schools, families, and other professionals.
  • Conduct detailed psychological assessments to identify the educational and developmental needs of children and young people.
  • Collaborate with schools, families, and other professionals to create effective support strategies and interventions.
  • Deliver written reports to inform Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) and other support plans.
  • Provide expert advice to schools and families, ensuring the best possible outcomes for children with additional needs.
  • Work flexibly across schools and family settings in East Anglia.
Key Requirements
  • Fully qualified Educational Psychologist with HCPC registration.
  • Experience in conducting needs assessments for children and young people.
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with families, schools, and multi-agency teams.
Working Arrangements
  • Location: East Anglia
  • Work Pattern: Full-time
  • Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
