Suffolk County Council is seeking a highly skilled Educational Psychologist to join our dynamic team. As an experienced professional, you will play a key role in reimagining how local government can serve and improve lives.

This is a unique opportunity to creatively apply psychology in a service renowned for its award-winning early intervention and consultative work. Our partnerships span health trusts, youth justice, virtual school, early years, education, skills and learning, and adoption services. Psychological principles drive our practice to optimise outcomes for children and families.

Salary: £48,575 - £58,348 per annum (pro rata for part time)

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • You will have the opportunity to work with our vibrant Psychology and Therapeutic Services team to develop innovative solutions for children and families.
  • You will be responsible for applying psychological principles to optimise outcomes for children and families in partnership with health trusts, youth justice, virtual school, early years, education, skills and learning, and adoption services.
