We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Education Lead to join our Early Years team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to make a positive impact on the educational development of our young students.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of our Early Years curriculum, ensuring that it is engaging, inclusive, and tailored to meet the needs of all learners. As part of this role, you will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement educational programs that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:

  • A generous holiday entitlement of 28 days per year (including bank holidays)
  • An additional 5 days' paid leave during the summer break
  • A defined contribution pension scheme with an employer contribution rate of 10%
  • Death in service life cover equivalent to three times annual salary
  • Access to a wellbeing scheme offering 24/7 online GP and mental health support
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A relevant qualification in early childhood education or a related field (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or above)
  • Proven experience in leading educational programs in an early years setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality educational experiences that meet the needs of all learners
