Key Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for an individual with the ability to conduct detailed psychological assessments to identify the educational and developmental needs of children and young people.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with schools, families, and other professionals to create effective support strategies and interventions.
  • A strong focus on written reporting is required to inform Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) and other support plans.
  • Expert advice will be provided to schools and families to ensure the best possible outcomes for children with additional needs.
  • Flexibility is essential when working across schools and family settings in East Anglia.

Position Details:

  • This full-time position is based in East Anglia.
  • A competitive salary, estimated at £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, is available as an umbrella or PAYE option.

Requirements:

  • A fully qualified Educational Psychologist with HCPC registration is essential.
  • Experience in conducting needs assessments for children and young people is required.
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills are necessary.
  • Candidates should have the ability to collaborate effectively with families, schools, and multi-agency teams.
