Tutor for Students with Special Educational Needs

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Tutor to join our team at 1st Staff Limited. As a Tutor, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs to achieve their full potential.
About the RoleYou will be working with students in various settings, including schools and community locations, to deliver tuition sessions that cater to their individual needs. Our supportive network includes a lead Tutor, designated safeguarding leads, curriculum leads, and a Head of Education, who will provide guidance and support throughout your career with us.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Deliver high-quality tuition sessions to support students' learning and confidence
- Collaborate with other professionals to identify barriers to learning and develop strategies to overcome them
- Build strong relationships with students, their families, and other professionals
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in SEN education and adapt your teaching approaches accordingly
- An attractive hourly rate of up to £25 per hour
- Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant and lead Tutor
