Job Title: Special Education Needs Tutor
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Special Education Needs (SEN) Tutor to join our team at Targeted Provision Ltd. As an SEN Tutor, you will play a vital role in providing individualized support to young people with special educational needs, ensuring they receive the best possible education and care.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable learners. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and mentoring services to students with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other Additional Educational Needs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and holistic sessions that cater to the unique needs of each student
- Provide regular feedback and progress reports to parents and caregivers
- Collaborate with our dedicated SEN Support Team to ensure seamless support for students
Requirements:
- Professional Teaching Qualifications (Qualified Teacher Status/QTS/QTLS)
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience
- Experience working with students with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or other Additional Educational Needs
- Enhanced DBS clearance (we can assist with obtaining this if needed)
- Two professional references
