Mental Health Support Professional:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Support Professional to join our team at PAN TRADE. As a Mental Health Support Professional, you will be responsible for supporting young people in education and providing different levels of observations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting young people in education and daily living activities
  • Providing different levels of observations and ensuring the safety and well-being of service users
  • Liaising with external agencies and families/carers to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., mental health, social work)
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations, particularly young people with mental health needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users and colleagues
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
