Deputy Leader for Young People

As a Deputy Manager at our Children's Residential Home, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents.
You will be responsible for assisting the Registered Manager in the daily operations of the home, developing strategies to improve care standards, and maintaining accurate records.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent
- Proven experience in a residential childcare setting, preferably as a Deputy Manager
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave entitlement.
