Office Management Assistant

CRA Consulting is a dynamic and growing business in Sheffield looking for an experienced Office Management Assistant to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting the company Directors in all aspects of day-to-day business operations.
Responsibilities:- Act as a point of contact for the business, handling incoming telephone calls, meeting and greeting visitors
- Provide PA duties to the Directors, including diary management, inbox management, and screening calls
- Manage compliance with ID documents, send letters of engagement, and other information
- Deal with temporary staff timesheets, chasing for information and ensuring records are complete
- Organize and attend company events, managing follow-ups
- Manage the office on a day-to-day basis, overseeing the diary, supplies, and refreshments
- Monitor contracts, keeping a log of renewal dates and costs
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of Xero and Microsoft Office products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
