Job Summary

Emilia Wickstead is seeking a highly skilled and experienced VIP Sales Director to join its team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth, client acquisition, and project management.
  • Lead Luxury Sales Team: Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including luxury brands, suppliers, and industry partners.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the luxury sales market.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance analysis.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, including VIP clients and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of luxury products, including fabrics, history, and services.
  • Operational Procedures: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including product handling, inventory control, and customer service standards.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury sales, sales management, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
