Emilia Wickstead is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join its prestigious flagship store on Sloane Street, London. As a key member of the store team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth, client acquisition, and project management through strategic partnerships, CRM, and other initiatives.
- Lead the sales team in achieving sales targets, client acquisition, and project management through direct connections, luxury events, and collaboration with stylists.
- Generate, grow, and develop the business through VIP clients and services, including trunk shows, private client events, and styling sessions.
- Participate in defining and implementing VIC strategies to drive sales opportunities and customer engagement.
- Develop a deep understanding of the boutique, the business, and the local market to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Support Special VIP Projects, designing annual, quarterly, and monthly activity plans based on brand guidelines, marketing plans, business objectives, and Emilia Wickstead's vision.
- Utilize CRM to develop sales tools and educational materials for the store team, supporting the store manager in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Possess a deep understanding and knowledge of the brand, its products, fabrics, history, and services to convey the brand's heritage and values to customers.
- Stay up-to-date with operational procedures, including product handling, inventory control, and other key processes.
