The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VIP Account Manager to join our team at GIMO. As a key member of our VIP management department, you will be responsible for managing our growing Italian customer base, focusing on account growth, retention, customer satisfaction, and ensuring lifetime value.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to and initiating contact with players via phone, email, and WhatsApp, with occasional in-person client entertainment days.
  • Work occasional non-office hours (evenings and weekends) to accommodate VIP clients' needs.
  • Liaise with internal departments to report issues or priorities, ensuring VIPs receive top-notch customer service.
  • Develop and analyze VIP tailored promotional offers, optimizing and reporting on campaign performances.
  • Attend weekly/monthly team meetings to share insights on VIP market trends and contribute to the success of the brand.
Person Specifications:
  • Proven experience working as a VIP Customer Executive in the iGaming/Online casino industry.
  • Excellent Italian communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Experience working in the gaming or gambling industry.
  • Sales and account management experience (desirable).
  • Capacity to understand customer needs and respond effectively.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple systems and be a fast learner.
  • Enjoy challenges and find solutions to customer queries and problems.
