Emilia Wickstead is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead its flagship store on Sloane Street, London, as a VIP Sales Manager.
This role will assist the Store Manager in developing and executing business strategies, encompassing strategic partnerships, customer relationship management, and other initiatives.
You will:
- Drive high-end portfolio performance through the achievement of sales targets, client acquisition, and project management through direct connections, luxury events, and collaboration with stylists.
- Generate, grow, and develop the business through VIP clients and services.
- Participate in defining and implementing the VIP sales strategies.
- Develop a strong knowledge of the boutique, the business, and access local market opportunities to implement a proactive and effective strategy to target and acquire new Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.
- Drive sales opportunities both within and outside the boutique environment through local and international trunk shows, private client events, and styling sessions.
- Support Special VIP Projects, designing the annual/quarterly/monthly activity plans based on brand guidelines, marketing plan, business objectives, and Emilia Wickstead's vision.
- Utilize customer relationship management tools to develop sales tools and educational materials for the store team, supporting the store manager.
- Possess a deep understanding and knowledge of the brand and full range of all products offerings, fabrics, history, and services to convey the brand's heritage and values.
- Knowledge and operational procedures, including product handling, inventory control, and other essential skills.
