About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at PACE Recruitment. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for providing expert financial and contractual advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their construction needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage and coordinate the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and proposals to secure new clients and projects.

Requirements
