About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our client's team in Central London and Home Counties. As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for the commercial success and risk management of high-end residential projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Control the overall construction programme and planning, reviewing, and issuing Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
  • Implement and manage standard JCT contracts across multiple high-end construction projects.
  • Manage internal and external site teams, in line with project plans and timescales.
  • Ensure high standards of Health and Safety (H&S) are maintained throughout the project.
