The Occupational Health Advisor will provide a high-quality occupational health service to our employees, including pre-employment medicals, travel medicine, and case management.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe Occupational Health Advisor will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing occupational health strategies to promote employee health and wellbeing
- Conducting risk assessments and developing control measures to prevent work-related illness and injury
- Providing guidance and support to employees on health-related matters
- Collaborating with the HR and EHS teams to develop policies and procedures related to employee health and wellbeing
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A registered nurse qualification with an active PIN and no restrictions or conditions
- An Occupational Health qualification
- Recent experience in an occupational health role, preferably in manufacturing
- Case management experience is essential
