Job Summary
As an Employee Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our care professionals. This role is ideal for someone with a background in training and development who is eager to make a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in the care sector.
- A teaching qualification or relevant experience.
- A Level 3 Health & Social Care vocational qualification or equivalent.
- Functional Skills (Maths & English) at Level 2 minimum.
Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 per annum.
