We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Professional to join our team at a SEND School in Harrow or Hillingdon, North West London. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the class teacher in delivering a high-quality education and care for students with PMLD and other additional needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, adults, and the elderly with additional needs, as well as a strong understanding of PMLD and experience working with students with severe and complex needs.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the class teacher in delivering a high-quality education and care for students with PMLD and other additional needs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet the needs of students with complex and severe learning difficulties
