SEN Teaching Position Overview
- Job Type: Temporary, Full-time
- Location: Ealing
- Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £62,000 per annum
We are seeking a highly skilled SEN Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching KS3 or KS2 aged students and be committed to delivering high-quality education to children with special educational needs.
Main Responsibilities- Design and deliver inclusive teaching practices that promote equality and accessibility in the classroom.
- Assess and record students' progress, using data to inform teaching decisions and enhance learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff and SEN specialists to develop and implement effective instructional strategies.
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) certification.
- Have experience teaching primary or secondary education, preferably in an SEN setting.
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility when working with students with diverse needs and abilities.
- Possess a strong commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in special education.
