About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Governance Manager to join our team at Zenith UK. As a key member of our global client team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timely supply of media and reporting data, in line with key submission deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Digital Governance Director in managing the UK team and ensuring alignment with the wider Coty global network.
  • Ensure data governance to maintain data quality and accuracy.
  • Monitor media results based on local Coty business KPIs and report results to the global team.
  • Assist in preparing reports for global teams on test & learn programs, PCA's, and digital performance.
  • Maintain up-to-date monthly budget trackers and support quarterly financial consolidation.
Requirements
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with an ability to meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of media planning and understanding of Publicis Groupe.
  • Experience in data entry and numerical analysis (via data management platform/excel).
