They will be responsible for identifying and auditing data sources, establishing data quality standards, and building a data governance platform that meets the company's needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a data governance strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Identify and audit data sources, including systems like Salesforce and Marketo, to ensure data quality and compliance.
  • Establish data quality standards and metrics to track the state of data.
  • Build a data governance platform using tools like Collibra, Purview, and Atlan.
  • Manage PII, GDPR compliance, and data requests.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Data Governance Manager, Lead, or Specialist.
  • Hands-on experience with data management and governance tools like Collibra, Purview, and Atlan.
  • Experience working with cloud data tech stacks like Snowflake, Azure, and DBT.
  • Ability to persuade and sell data governance concepts to resistant team members.
