Data Governance Manager | Greenfield Project | FinTech Company

Prism Digital is seeking a seasoned Data Governance Manager to spearhead the development of a new data governance platform from scratch. This is a unique opportunity to join a greenfield project and shape the data governance strategy for a leading FinTech company.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance framework, encompassing data quality standards, metrics, and documentation.

  • Identify and audit data sources and systems, ensuring data ownership and governance.
  • Establish a data council to drive data quality and governance initiatives.
  • Design and implement a data governance platform, leveraging tools like Collibra, Purview, and Atlan.

Requirements:

Proven experience in data governance, with a strong background in implementing governance frameworks and methodologies.

  • Hands-on experience with data management and governance tools, including data catalogs, data quality, and data lineage.
  • Ability to work with cloud data tech stacks, including Snowflake, Azure, and DBT.
  • Experience establishing data governance processes in business data sources, such as Salesforce and Marketo.
