Data Governance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Manager to join our team at Prism Digital. As a Data Governance Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust data governance framework that ensures the accuracy, completeness, and security of our data assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data governance policies, procedures, and standards
  • Establish data quality metrics and monitoring processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data governance is integrated into business processes
  • Manage data lineage and catalogue tools to track data movement and ownership
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in data governance, data quality, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with data management and governance tools such as Collibra, Purview, and Atlan
  • Ability to work with cloud-based data technologies and establish data governance processes in business data sources
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to persuade and sell data governance concepts to resistant team members
