Job Role:

Administrative Assistant - 6 Month Contract

Office Angels is partnering with a client to find a skilled Administrative Assistant to join their team on a 6-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional administrative support and be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee administrative tasks, ensuring the company database is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Create engaging PowerPoint presentations and utilize Excel to analyze data, track sales KPIs, and generate graphs and tables.
  • Cleanse and organize data for easier access, providing key insights for decision-making.
  • Research and qualify data to offer valuable insights for the team.
  • Upload and update information on the internal portal, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review and update reports to maintain error-free and current records.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate the team's diary.
  • Respond to emails and calls promptly, directing inquiries to the right team members.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Ideal 1-2 years' experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
