About the Role

Vibrance is seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to join our team in Woodford Green. As a Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enabling people with Learning Disabilities to actively participate in their communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the quality of service provided and implement improvements that reflect the needs of Service Users.
  • Manage the care support provided to Service Users in a non-judgmental way, based on trust, honesty, transparency, and professional standards.
  • Support Service Users with daily living tasks and outings, as appropriate, and development reviews.
  • Support people when out in the community and promote a better understanding and awareness of Learning Disabilities and Physical Disability issues.
  • Collaborate with Community Learning Disability Services, Commissioning Services, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, and Physiotherapists to achieve common goals and highlight areas of concern.
  • Ensure all appropriate records are maintained, in accordance with regulatory bodies.
