Key Responsibilities:

">
  1. Plan and deliver high-quality educational programs tailored to the needs of students with special educational needs.
  2. Set clear targets for student learning, building on prior attainment and knowledge.
  3. Enable all students to understand key concepts by effectively checking their understanding and correcting misunderstandings.
  4. Assess student work and progress, giving regular feedback to help them improve.
  5. Maintain a stimulating, engaging, and safe learning environment that allows students to focus on their learning.
  6. Positively manage behavior in line with the school's policy.
  7. Contribute to the wider life of the school, including whole-school routines, paperwork, and duties.
  8. Take responsibility for your own professional development and engage with performance management activities.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Education or a related field.
  • Experience in teaching, preferably in SEN settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt lesson plans to meet individual student needs.
  • Familiarity with child-centered approaches to education.

Salary and Benefits:

">

We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as access to exclusive benefits, including comprehensive training opportunities, dedicated mentorship, and a supportive work environment.
